Holding on to my PhD in Chemistry, I ventured into a successful corporate career within the Pharmaceutical Industry, where I excelled in Scientific Communications.
Changing gears, I went on to become a Senior Partner to the Chief Executive office of an International pharmaceutical company, where I lead R&D business transformations. With my intense training and coaching by top McKinsey consultants, I discovered the world of change management and operational excellence. During this new adventure, I discovered my own coaching skills, especially in helping executives and professionals to discover and believe in themselves, and to accompany them in their career -advancement or -transition journey.

Driven by my success in accompanying others to achieve their career aspirations, I firmly followed my new purpose and calling. I took a leap of faith, became a Certified Coach and created my own Career Coaching Company.
I’ve combined my corporate experience, my leadership expertise, my coaching certifications, and a lifetime of learning and research to design Modern Coaching Methodologies to support you in achieving your personal and professional aspirations. With the support of my own Coaches and Mentors, I was able to realise my dream: I am now working, leading and living with purpose. Today, I continue to master my own career & life journey by combining my passion for coaching and mentoring with my love and calling for the stage.
